The American Cancer Society's Holiday Shopping Card begins on Thursday, October 20th. This is a great project and I'm proud to say that Hayden Avery has been participating in this seasonal event for the last 10 years +. Each year The American Cancer Society sells the Holiday Shopping Card for $50, which goes directly to The American Cancer Society. Then, many local retail stores, restaurants and other businesses in Austin offer 20% off to those with the card. This is when the holidays actually kick off for me. Most of my clients order their Christmas and Holiday cards during this event, as well as try to get some of their gifts checked off their lists. If you haven't participated before please do so. I am the queen of justifying purchases, and the Holiday Shopping Card equates guilt free shopping in my mind... I'll just leave you with that (as well as the details).
